Botanical expression

INGREDIENTS :
1,5 cl of IZARRA Jaune
5 cl of Japanese whisky (such as Nikka from the barrel)
2 cl of red vermouth
A few drops of Peychaud’s Bitters
Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice
Stir and filter over a glass filled with ice

METHOD : mixing glass
VERRE : rocks glass
DECORATION : decorate with two amerena cherries on a toothpick
