4 cl of IZARRA Jaune
1 basil leaf
2 thin slices of ginger
5 cl of apple juice
Crush the ginger in the shaker. Vigorously stir the basil leaf with ice.
Shake with all ingredients. Sieve twice

METHOD : in a shaker
GLASS : lowball
DECORATION : a thin and long slice of ginger and a basil leaf in the shape of a boat.
